HeartMath practices that you will learn during session are a foundation for learning to regulate your nervous system which will assist you in improving mental and emotional health, gaining more clarity, reaching your goals, increasing creativity, improving your relationship with yourself and others, and creating the life you are wanting to live.

During Telehealth sessions you will learn HeartMath practices and be given resources to learn more about HeartMath and how they can help you. During an in-person session you will be able to receive a HRV Coherence evaluation and training using desktop technology created by HeartMath. During a HeartMath in-person evaluation a sensor will be placed on the earlobe to track the rhythm of the heart. Then you will be walked through a technique to help you quickly move into a more coherent state. You will be able to see your heart rhythm as it goes from incoherence into coherence and the data collected will then be discussed.
